• Ambika Luitel, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital, Thimphu, Bhutan

  Ms. Luitel conpleted Diploma in  general nursing and mid-wifery at Royal Institute of Health Science, Bhutan in 2010. Since then serving the nation at Palliative care unit with utmost dedication as Staff nurse II. She is one of 4 nurses at the unit and actively involved in retriving and compling data for this audit report 

• Nima Lhamo, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital, Thimphu, Bhutan

  Ms. Nima Lhamo Sherpa had her Diploma in Nursing from Royal Institute of Health Science , Bhutan in 1993. She is very compassionate and hard working staff. She is involved in helping to retrive the information from initial nursing assessment forms.

• Denkar Denkar, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital, Thimphu, Bhutan

  Ms.Denkar had her Diploma in general Nursing and Mid-Wifery in 2001. She is very compassionate and hardworking. Ms.Denkar is also involved in helping to retrive the information for this audit report.

• Yangden Yangden, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital, Thimphu, Bhutan

  Sr.Yangden did diploma in general nursing in 1996 and had completed Bachelors in nursing from La Trobe University, Australia in 2008. She is one of pioneers to set up palliative care unit and currently she is the incharge for the unit. She is the one who developed the initail nursing assessment form for this this audit report is based. She is also involved in helping retrive information and cross checking for the errors.

• Tashi Dendup Wangdi, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital, Thimphu, Bhutan

  Dr.Tashi Dendup Wangdi did MBBS from Sylhet Medical College,Chittagong University Bangladesh September in 1995, MS (General Surgery) Armed Forces Medical College, Pune University India in June 2003 and  Fellowship in Surgical Oncology National Cancer Institute Bangkok, Thailand June 2008. He is one of pioneers to set up Palliative unit at JDWNRH and heads the unit.
